As we are navigating fulfilment of our project, we wanted to provide you all with an update. We're aware of the concerns surrounding the shipping and delivery process, especially regarding the delays with the playmats and missing parts in some shipments. We want to address these issues openly and transparently.
Playmat Shipping Delays:
Unexpected shipping delays for the playmats arose due to challenges during customs clearance. We are actively collaborating with our shipping partners to expedite the resolution. Totally understand the frustration around this, and it is a feeling we share with you all.
Missing Shipments:
If you've received your game copy with missing parts, please use the provided Google Form to report the issue. This will assist us in expediting the process to ensure any missing components are sent to you promptly.
We're committed to making sure you have the best experience possible. We know how crucial timely delivery is, especially with the holidays coming up soon, and we're really sorry for the letdown caused by things not going as initially planned.
Moving Forward:
Once the playmats and remaining game copies reach our fulfillment partners, we'll swiftly expedite the shipping process to send the missing shipments promptly. Resolving these issues and ensuring you receive your rewards in a timely and satisfactory manner is our primary focus.

I wanted to let everyone know the state of things for those of you who have yet to receive your games.
North America
Almost everyone in North America should have received their games at this point. I've received some emails from some people who haven't gotten their games due to changed address and other snafus and I hope to respond to them all today.
Europe
My fulfillment house over in the UK/EU is primed and ready to go but they are waiting on a shipment from the manufacturer in China that should have already arrived. I'm waiting to hear back from the manufacturer now on where the shipment is located in transit and when I hear from them I will let you know. Once the fulfillment house has those last few boxes of games and accessories your games should arrive a few weeks after that, fingers crossed.
Asia/Oceana/Rest of World
For everyone in other parts of the world your games are on the way! I regularly get updates from the different warehouses in these places that are giving me updates that your games are moving ever closer to your doorsteps. If you don't receive your game by the end of August please reach out to me at [email protected] and I will attempt to track your shipment down.

Hi all!
The Asia/Oceana distributor has just received everything they need to fulfill orders for Asia/Oceana. Over the next two weeks they will be "picking and packing" everything needed to go into your game shipments. Below is a table of the time it will take for a package to get from their warehouse in China to your front door.
Let me know if you have any questions, and when things are on their way I'll post an update.
Regarding the EU/UK orders. Shipments are flying to the distributor from three separate destinations as I write this. Hopefully those orders will be out their doors and on their way to you soon.
